Adjust order
You can easily make an adjustment in your order more than 8 working days before the scheduled delivery date, by completing the "Changing an order" form on our website.
If you would like to make an adjustment within 8 working days before delivery, please contact our customer service by telephone number +443308183230. Tuinmaximaal will try to accommodate such requests, but this may not be possible if the item has already been dispatched. If an adjustment is still possible, the adjustment may affect your order (amount) or delivery(date) and possible additional external costs of the amendment will be charged to you.

It is not possible to change your delivery address. In this case you must change your order to cancellation and place a new order, stating the correct delivery address.
It is not possible to change the invoice details of your order. You must in this case cancel the order and place a new order.
Return order
Yes, this is possible. In this case you must always ensure that you state the order number and your name with your return shipment. Tuinmaximaal however recommends that you always announce your return in advance, via the return form. This way, the employee can prepare your return application, ensuring quicker processing of your return.
You do not require a shipping label for the return of your order. You can simply communicate your return by filling in the return form on our website.

The status of your return shipment is not visible online.
Within 14 days you will receive the repayment of your return. It is not possible to settle the repayment with your new order.
As soon as Tuinmaximaal has received and processed your returned product, you will receive a return confirmation by email.
You will not receive a credit note. The amount will automatically be transferred back into the account that you paid the order with.

Tuinmaximaal will only accept the return of complete sets or products ordered as seperate parts. You cannot return loose parts. On the purchase receipt you can find the overview of the complete sets.
We will refund the entire purchase price (including any shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. However, we may wait to refund until we have received the products, or until you have shown that you have sent them.
You will receive a refund for a return payment under the name Gumax B.V. or Adyen using the same account number used to place the order.
You can choose to use the pick-up service of Tuinmaximaal. When you do this, you will be charged £ 299 of collection costs. These costs will be deducted automatically from the refundable amount.

Note that you announce your return in advance via the return form within 14 days after delivery and that you send the products within 14 days after the announcement.
- Adjustments and cancellation more than 8 working days before the delivery date are free of charge.
- Would you like to change or cancel your order within 8 working days before delivery? Please contact us by phone. If the change or cancellation is still possible, the additional costs will be at your expense (up to £299).
- Would you like to exchange your glass doors for another size? Then you will pay £299 to have your sliding doors exchanged at the original delivery location.
- If you choose to withdraw the order and pick-up the goods by Tuinmaximaal within 14 days after delivery, the transport cost is £299.
- If you are not at home during the first delivery, you will pay a £199 fee for the second delivery.
- We will process your adjustments or second delivery after you have paid any charges if applicable. If possible, we deduct the costs from the refundable amount.
Cancel order
You can cancel your order up to 8 working days before the delivery date for free, by completing the cancellation form on the website.
For cancellation within 8 working days before delivery, please contact our customer service by telephone number +443308183230. Tuinmaximaal will try to accommodate such requests, but this may not be possible for free if the item has already been dispatched. If a cancellation in this case is still possible, you will be liable for the return delivery cost (and additional costs) up to a maximum of £299.

After cancellation of your order you will receive an automatic confirmation. When the cancellation is being processed, you will receive another email.
