  • You have not yet received has your entire order and want to cancel a part of the order.

I hereby notify you that I am changing our agreement regarding the sale of the following goods/delivery of the following service:


■ After receiving the completed form, Tuinmaximaal will assess whether your change is possible. The change of your order is not final until we have confirmed it to you by phone or e-mail.
■ Will your order be delivered within 8 working days? If so, please contact the planning department by phone. Use of this form is not possible in that case.
■ Completion of this form will void your agreed delivery date. Your delivery will be removed from the schedule at any time upon receipt of the completed form. We will then assess your change and may reschedule your delivery. Even if we are unexpectedly unable to implement your change, we will have to reschedule your delivery. This may therefore cause a delay in the delivery date.
■ Changes requested more than 8 working days before the delivery date are free of charge. In other situations Tuinmaximaal can charge additional costs to you.
■ We will process your adjustments after you have paid any charges if applicable.
