Gumax® aluminium sidewall
Close off one or both sides of your veranda with the Gumax® aluminium sidewall, providing extra privacy and shelter. The frame is available in the same colours as the Gumax® verandas. This means the stylish sidewall is a perfect match for your veranda. Choose a sidewall with or without a glass wedge for more or less light on the side of your veranda.
Determine gutter height
Determine the gutter height of your Gumax® aluminium sidewall based on the clearance height of your Gumax® veranda. Is your terrace sloping towards the house? If so, add the terrace slope to the clearance height for an accurate calculation.
Delivery & assembly
See the assembly instructions on how to easily assemble the sidewall step-by-step. The frame, panel rotating system and rubber strips ensure a secure attachment. Finish the sidewall neatly with the sealing strip.
Delivery consists of the following components:
- Box A: frame set + manual + screws + plugs + square bit + 8 degree tool
- Box B: vertical panels (per 3)
Foundation
For the aluminium sidewall, you do need an additional foundation in some cases. The substrate or foundation should be able to support up to 34 kg per linear metre. If required for a subsoil of sand, for example, we offer a foundation column or you can opt for your own foundation.
