1. Glass sliding doors

Do you want to enjoy your veranda during cool summer evenings, throughout the autumn and in inclement weather? Then expanding your veranda with glass sliding doors is a very good solution. Thanks to the individually movable glass panels, you arrange the room to your liking at any time. You also retain the unobstructed view of your garden. The glass sliding doors are not only suitable for Gumax® verandas, but also for wooden verandas and garden houses from other brands. Or apply them indoors, such as in the living room.

For a stylish and functional finish of the sliding doors, 4 accessories are available: door handles, weather strips, Decorative strips and U profiles.

A. Door handles

With door handles, you avoid getting fingerprints on the glass sliding doors. It also makes it easier to move the panels and provides a nice finish. The door handles are available in 3 different colours and styles.

B. Weather strips

Want to make sure that as little wind as possible gets under your veranda? Then extend the glass sliding doors with weather strips. An added advantage: it also keeps unwanted visitors such as mosquitoes and flies out of your garden room.

C. Decorative strips

Place decorative strips on the sides of the glass sliding doors for aesthetics aesthetics and as a nice finish. This creates a nice framed effect.

D. U-profiles

With U profiles against the support structures or against the wall, you close the veranda even better and more attractively. This way, any gaps between the support structure and the glass or wall can be neatly concealed. Combined with weather strips, wind and insects don't stand a chance.

2. Glass wedge

To close all sides of the veranda with glass sliding doors, place a glass wedge on the side of the veranda. This will make the side, in terms of clearance height, the same as the height to the bottom of the gutter. We supply the wedge with matt foil as standard, which you can remove if desired.

3. Gumax® Shading Panel

Gumax® Shading Panels are a kind of outdoor shutters for more shade, shelter and privacy under the veranda. They are sliding panels that you can use to create a corner with more privacy, for example. They also provide more shade when the sun is lower. Gumax® Shading Panels are available with a frame in 3 different colours and slats in 7 different colours. You combine them with glass sliding doors as desired and slide them into the handy rail system. Use the panels individually if you want more ventilation or slide them behind a glass sliding door to limit the inflow of outside air.

4. Gumax® automatic sun shading

On sunny days, the temperature under your veranda rises considerably. The bright rays of the sun shine in, but fortunately there is a good solution for that. Our Gumax® automatic sun shading reflects as much as 89% of heat radiation and 73% of visible light. In short, Gumax® automatic sun shading is unique in its kind and it increases comfort considerably. This sun shading, which is installed under the veranda and between the intermediate beams, is easy to operate with the included remote control. 5. Gumax® Lighting System

The Gumax® Lighting System is a clever lighting system that makes it easy to create a suitable atmosphere under your veranda. You simply install the Gumax® Lighting System under your veranda and set the lighting for each luminaire using the remote control supplied. You can choose from a wide colour spectrum and select a matching colour at the touch of a button. Integrate the lighting system with your Smart Home system and you easily set up personalised automatic routines.

6. Gumax® LED spots

Enjoy atmospheric evenings under the veranda with built-in, dimmable LED spots. With Gumax® LED lighting, you create the desired atmosphere under your outdoor terrace at the push of a button. A set of LED lights includes 4 or 6 lights and a remote control for adjusting the brightness of the light. This way, you create your own desired atmosphere.

7. Wedge on fence

A wedge on fence made of polycarbonate protects against low-hanging sun, wind and rain. This allows you to close off the side of your veranda if it is placed against a fence or wall, for example. Because the space is sealed by the wedge, warmth also remains under the veranda for longer.

8. Polycarbonate sidewall

Do you want to completely close off one side of your veranda? This is possible with a Gumax® fixed polycarbonate sidewall. A glass wedge is not necessary for this sidewall, as the polycarbonate panels stand upright.
